Two recent announcements about VTLS -- with very different undertones and overtones -- were made within the same week, reports Marshall Breeding.
"One involved the completed implementation of Virtua at Queens Borough Public Library and the other revealed the decision by Oxford University Libraries in the United Kingdom not to go forward with their migration to Virtua. These contradictory events defy simple explanation."
